We believe that all manufacturers are unique and should be treated as such. Why spend valuable time on a lot of pilot plant testing. Raw materials, ingredients as well as processing equipment and conditions all have a paramount impact on the properties of the final product. This usually makes the transition from trials in an optimized pilot plant to a commercial scale manufacturing plant, more difficult than expected. What seemed to be a 100% solution in the pilot plat suddenly just seems like half a solution in the commercial plant. We believe that on site support is the fastest and most cost effective way to the launch of world class food and not food products.
